On location
The standard one-2-ten on-location system consists of an input kiosk and display monitor. This setup enables the user to rate an experience whilst having it, instead of afterwards. The stylish white acrylic design, blends in well with virtually any interior.
A WIFI connection links the two units. Both of which communicate with the one-2-ten server by means of a built-in GSM data connection, enabling them to function completely independent of your existing infrastructure. Just one power supply for each unit is all that's required.
Input kiosk
The one-2-ten input kiosk is generally placed in a postion where the user leaves an experience. Most commonly by the exit. The kiosks 7" touchscreen allows the user to rate their experience with just one touch of the finger. Placing a unit at both the employee and customer exits for example, enables the scores from both groups to be isolated.
In addition to being the input, this touchscreen can display the total amount of votes received, as well as revealing the averaged score to the user. Both question and thank you-message on the kiosk are completely customizable.
The kiosk communicates with the central one-2-ten server by means of secure web services (SOAP).
Display monitor
The one-2-ten monitor displays the averaged score received from the one-2-ten server in the corresponding color. This monitor is generally placed in the vicinity of the input kiosk. Often directly above it. Although the most common output, this monitor is just one way of displaying the averaged score.
iPad
The iPad is an ideal all-in-one one-2-ten system for the smaller locations. Its touchscreen acting as both input and output. A wall mount can act as both frame and theft protection. This iPad version supports multiple questions. These questions are configured centrally and communicated to the iPad through a web service (SOAP). All ratings are then stored on the one-2-ten server.
